The phone is in perfect condition - very happy with it. But the seller's communication and shipping was less than stellar. Once he finally responded, it got shipped, and all was well. But it took some prodding. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and thank you for the phone.

The item worked and was in Okay condition, not "Good" as the seller had labeled it. I'm leaving a neutral review because the back had a LOT more scratches with some being really deep that wasn't shown in the pictures and an obvious corner that is bent, a sign that it had been dropped, but was not disclosed in the listing. If I wasn't in need of the item to send to someone oversea it would have been returned.

Great customer service. Had a problem with the phone that I received and the seller issued a full refund along with return shipping fees.

Disappointed. Item was listed by seller as being in good condition; however, the screen was FAIR at best with significant scratches on the screen which were not visible in the photos nor in the written description. Seller did offer refund; however, Swappa's policy is that the buyer has to pay to return the item in these circumstances, so I decided to keep it and try to cover the scratches with a screen protector.
