The seller was very helpful in a little mishap I had with my paypal account (wrong addresses), and he was quick to rectify the problem. Very responsive, and the device was shipped the same day as my phone. VERY fast turn around.

However, the seller advertised this item as being "Like New Mint".... the condition of the watch was far from that. Slight discoloration in the bottom of the screen, scratches all around the edges of the watch, and the original steel band was marred with scratches especially on the bottom. I'm easy going (too easy goin' on matters like this), and just thought, "well, get what you pay for" and went on with my business. I do however wish that the seller would have placed "Good" condition instead of "Mint". Disappointed.

However all the contents of what was advertised were included.

Wishing the product was as good as the customer service. Just me being honest.

Seller took a lower price than he initially wanted and shipped item to me quickly after payment. However, item was clearly misrepresented in its description, as there was a decent-sized chip on the top-left corner of screen that he described as having "zero screen scratches." No other significant issues were found. When my concern was voiced about the condition of the screen, seller indicated that he did not know the chip was present at the time he described the phone. A return was offered immediately.
