Listing for iPad never noted any screen discoloration in dark mode. Seller never responded after multiple attempts to contact to resolve. Since my spouse only needs the device for work during the day, we've decided to keep it. But buyer beware in the future from this seller. Items may not be accurately described.

Easy purchase. Serial number didn't match the listing but otherwise product was exactly as listed.

I received the item I purchased. The item is as described.
I just wished the seller communicated with me. The lack of communication made me worry a little about my purchase.

Seller was great. USPS made it a little difficult but seller was great.

No communication from seller, never updated tracking info with Swappa, never responded even after getting Swappa staff involved, device arrived 6 days later than it should have. Will make it a point to avoid this seller in the future. The only thing that saved this sale is that the device arrived as described.
