I ordered an iPhone 7+. The phone is in great condition there were barely noticeable minor scratches around the edge of the phone and one tiny ding the size of a pin head on the back of the phone. Seems as though a previous owner only used a protective case because the phone is in such good condition. It was shipped from Michigan to Georgia & got here quite quickly on their part.
The USPS on my end took another day to get it to my house because there was a storm, but we always have problems with our mail.
The max battery capacity is 91% but that's ok as well
When I first received the phone it was a little glitchy but I updated the system to iOS 11.4.1& everything is working fine now as far as I can see.
Overall, I'm pretty happy & I've already recommended using Swappa to a few friends.

Device was as promised and in great condition. Slapped a case on it and it was good to go!
