Product received, only issue, the case was broken because the shipping company as such UPS the are horrible to handle shipments, I know that for facts. Suggestion, use USPS Priority they have way better services than UPS and FedEx.

I haven't seen this phone myself but for my wife to rate it a 10, it's at least a 9. Thanks
