Your listing shows 77% battery health but the photos show 100% battery health, and does it come with the original box?

Does this phone have remote management on it? The last phone we ordered from swappa had remote management meaning it was owned by At&T corp. I do NOT want another provider having control over my phone.
We have cricket wireless service.
I had to send the other phone back. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
