Could you take a photo of the dent and circle it even if it's not visible to see where it's at?
I took the best photo I could get of that tiny dent and posted it. Front upper left of the device and it does not impact the experience at all.

700 by any chance? Was the power button failure a mechanical error or did it impact something?

The power button failure was a mechanical issue with the fingerprint reader; not from an impact.
