This model is factory unlocked for every carrier, and is fully compatible for both domestic and international use. Each carrier has a different activation procedure. Some will work as soon as you insert your SIM card while others require calling customer service to finalize the activation.
This item does NOT include a SIM Card, or ANY accessories other than the cable.
