Hello, the warranty covers any mechanical issues with the screen, keyboard, hard drive, motherboard, speakers, & battery. They will not fix it if the laptop was dropped or had liquid damage. Trust me, I tried. :) The warranty does not cover the power supply/plug or the little rubber feet/pads underneath the laptop. You do get software support and technical help with the warranty.
