I think it is listed at a more than fair price, and that is far too low. It's already the second cheapest listing for an unlocked graphite 13 Pro Max on this site, and the only one cheaper (by a single dollar) has a battery with more wear on it.

Yes, the screen is scratch free. It's been on there from the moment it was unboxed and has only ever been removed to be replaced.
