Devices will be shipped within 1 business day in most cases. Devices are shipped with USPS 2-3 Day Priority or UPS. If you have a preference, let us know on the sale page. We strive to ensure your device arrives as fast as possible, however there may be delays from the carrier's end.
Expedited requests are shipped with UPS Next Day for an extra $40. Please let us know on the sale page if you'd like to add on Next Day shipping.

Returns are only accepted if there is an issue that was not described.
All devices are covered by a 30 day warranty. If a device has any issue within that time frame, it will be returned free of charge. This does not include accidental damage.
Change of address, buyer's remorse (before device being shipped), and other similar situations will be subject to a 5% fee, this 5% fee is charged to the seller (me) to issue any refund. This is a recent policy change by PayPal.

Why are you selling
did you use it alot as the battery is at 94 which is very good ? Are the screen scratches noticable when the phone is oof how about when on? Thank you. For taking time to answer.
Hi Seth, the device was not used by me personally. The battery is very strong so it must not have many charge cycles. The scratches are pretty minor, they are not visible at all with the screen on. When off, you can see the scratches if you look from the correct angle.
