We GUARANTEE full functionality on all devices. ALL DEVICES COME WITH A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY. To claim your warranty please contact us via the sale page within 30 days of your device delivery date. We will either replace the device or repair it, free of charge! After the 30 days, we only offer a repair option. This warranty is strictly for functionality issues and DOES NOT cover any issues caused by accidental or physical damage by the buyer or other party aside from the seller. If your device is accidentally or physically damaged, we will repair it at the cost of the parts and shipping. We reserve the right to cancel the warranty if any physical or internal damage is found.
For items that a buyer wishes to send back for a refund due to cosmetic and/or mechanical issues, a full refund minus the PayPal fee will be issued within 10 Business days of delivery.
