Returns & Refunds

- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal

Hey, I notice the phone is listed as "Unlocked" but also mentions that it is unlocked to use with carriers within the US.
Does this unlock extend to outside of the US?

Yes the unlock will extend outside the USA. However, these new USA 14 series do not have SIM card trays as you probably know. So not every carrier outside the USA supports e-sim only. This phone will only work in countries that have carriers that support E-Sim. That is why we list is as we do, because we dont know what other country it may be used in, and if that countries carriers have e-sim capability. If they dont, the phone cant be used. As long as they do, the phone will work fine. Thanks
