The ecobee comes with an improved SmartSensor that detects occupancy and ensures the occupied rooms are heated or cooled to the desired temperature. It will control not only your furnace and air conditioner, but your humidifier, dehumidifier, or ventilator as well. The ecobee is designed to be seen and heard with embedded microphones that have far-field voice recognition as well as an improved speaker for high-quality audio playback.
