Please inspect your device as soon as your receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return warranty window. If your device is damaged during shipment, alert us within 8 hours of receiving the item.

If you wish to cancel an order for buyer's remorse or return a fully functional device within the 30 days for any reason, a 4% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective device returns and refunds. Orders that are cancelled due to having an incorrect address will also be charged a 4% restocking fee.
