Damage Description
The device is in excellent condition except for some minor burn-in that you can see against white backgrounds. You can't see it against dark, like when running in dark mode. The times that you can see it, it's very faint. The burn shows the shape of the Google search widget and a couple app icon shapes at the bottom right of the display. Please refer to the last photo where I circled the burn in areas.

I don't see any built in way to check the stats like on a Chromebook.
Go to Settings>Battery. Battery health will show current maximum battery capacity compared to new.
I'm not seeing anything. It could be different on OxygenOS 13.
Are those scratches on the phone?
It has some tiny marks around the outside edges. The screen looks great.
