Sure! No, this laptop has not been dropped, unfortunately I hit it with a cup off the corner which nicked the corner, resulting in a small chip. I've uploaded new photos of the nicks.
Sure. I believe it has no issues on screen correct? Also can you please post the Battery Cycle count screen? And any other accessories you can include?
And after few research I found out about the butterfly keyboard being faulty?? I believe this would be my main concern if they key presses dont work or double typed? Let me know if you have any warranty for keyboard. Please be transparent regarding this issue.
I have no issues at all with the keyboard, or the screen. Never experienced the butterfly issue you're talking about.
