You are listing the item as good, is there a reason?

I would have listed it as "Mint" except there are very slight rub marks on the plastic plate that the Mini sits on. That's the only indication that this is not a brand-new-out-of-the-box computer.

Good morning. A very cold morning in Co.! Just confirming Apple Care is good until 5/14/2024. Not 2023? And AppleCare is transferrable/

John, I'm in Sacramento, but have a niece in Aurora. She said it was toooooo cold to go to work today. It is cold and gloomy for Sacramento, 46, but not unbearable. I will be buying your mini to replace my trusty 2012 mini. I believe you are saying it comes with standard MacOS software. You must have deleted and reset to new factory condition?
