(C) Fair condition devices will have light to moderate wear on the screen and or the housing. The LCD/OLED is in perfect shape and all devices will have at least a battery health of 85% or higher.

* Devices may come with an aftermarket screen and or battery. If this is the case, iPhone 11 series and newer for a screen replacement or iPhone 10 series or newer for a battery replacement will display “Important Message” that it cannot verify its a genuine part, or unknown part. These messages don't affect your device’s performance in any way. This message will be visible on the lock screen for 4 days and then for 15 more days in Settings. All seller return policies are based on the pre-condition that the device is received as advertised and in accordance with Swappa policies.

Returns & Refunds:
We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 14 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition, including packaging. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, or $10 (if greater). We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment. Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

For defective returns (other than returns of devices received damaged), our 90 day limited warranty may apply. This limited warranty extends only to the consumer who originally purchased the product from us. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product purchased from us for the warranty period but does not cover any damage due to unauthorized repair. With respect to any defective product during the warranty period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge or (b) refund the purchase price of such product.

PLEASE NOTE: The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local (and/or the offender’s) police department, PayPal, Swappa, UPS, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
