Perfect M1 MacBook Air 8GB/512GB. Always been docked! Hardly ever opened or used!!

Up for sale is my 2020 M1 MacBook Air. It has only been typed on virtually 10 or less times. It has been docked & connected to a monitor for the last couple months. The battery count is at 40. The laptop is flawless. Absolutely perfect. The Power Brick was never opened (still sealed) as well as the charging cable.

No AppleCare+ and I don't believe it is eligible for it. It has a Limited Warranty until December 12, 2021.
