Hi - you have the condition listed as "Good" but say in the description that it's brand new, never opened. Why the discrepancy?

Swappa made it difficult to upload a New Item. They kept rejecting my item as a “New” item needed some kind of verification. I just put it as good so it would be easier but it’s brand new
