Damage Description
There is one small scratch on the Surface Pen. I included a picture of it. Barely noticeable.
There is NO damage on the computer as pictured. It is a brand new exchange from my warranty. I emailed with Swappa and was told this can not be listed as "new" because it's not in the original retail packaging, and can not be listed as "mint" only because it does not include the retail box or manuals. I want to be clear that the laptop is brand new though with absolutely no damage.

The laptop is NEW in unopened sealed packaging. The computer itself is a brand-new exchange from the warranty. The original box and manuals are not included. The power supply is from the original laptop and is almost new and barely used.
Also included is:
A Microsoft Surface Pen that is almost new/ barely used. I do not have the original box for this.
Unopened in original packaging, 3 interchangeable tips for the surface pen.
A Microsoft Arc Mouse (black) with original box that is almost new/ barely used.
This computer is under Microsoft Complete Care with Accidental Damage Protection warranty until November 23rd, 2024. The Microsoft Limited Warranty ends on November 23rd, 2021.
Originally paid $3500 for this entire package in November of 2020. This is a great deal for this configuration, with the added accessories, and a long warranty!
