24hr handling. I will ship USPS First Class Package if the weight is under 16oz; I will send via USPS Priority mail if over. I always try to ship on the same day if possible; if not, it will be mailed the next day.

Brand new. It has never been opened, purchased directly from T-Mobile.

Paid off. Never any after-sale problems with me. I have the receipt to prove it.

No returns. After the phone leaves my hands, I cannot guarantee that it hasn't been opened, decreasing the value so no returns will be accepted.
