Please don't get it wrong. I'm sure you are a reliable person who does his job properly. However, Refurbished Computers can sometimes have issues such as screen color issue or power on / off. Have you checked this computer?

Hi. We go through the initial set up process, check the battery cycle count, run all necessary updates if the computer is behind or on an unsupported OS level and run a tool to test all internal components. We also check all the buttons and make sure there's no dead pixels, screen flickering and other items on our checklist. This tablet is functioning normally and is still under warranty with Microsoft for several months if you have any issues.
