What is going on with the R and the command? Is that a permanent scuff or something that can be buffed out with a cloth?

There is no issue, we cleaned the device.

I suppose that it just appears that way in the photo? It looks like there is a bit of a glisten on those two keys.

Also, no cracks or scratches?

Yes, I cleaned it. Laptop has no issues, there maybe minor marks on the body, just because of handling but it has no dents or damage.

What does battery cycle 8 mean

It shows how much your laptop have been used.

Hi, what's the Serial number please? Also, would I be correct to assume that Apple Care transfers to a new owner?

You’ll see the serial number after placing the order. Apple care doesn’t need transfer, but care + is different. I’m not sure about the care + policy. We are not the original owners.

Since you don't have original owners info, are you able to give me the serial#? I have a friend that works the phones at Apple, maybe he can help me out...I need to think about this, cuz I'd really prefer an i5 or i7. Thanks Again-
