Yes, Canada is fine. It would be a lot more for shipping unfortunately. And yes, Apple Care transfers. All warranties on Apple products go with the device by serial number.
how much in total would i be paying? does it include all the import fees and such?
It would be $30 EXTRA as a medium flat rate box is about $45. Customs would be due by you (but I am conservative on the value of the contents!)

The address has to match your PayPal address. Is your PayPal address the Canada location this is being delivered to? If not, change the address on PayPal before sending payment!
I have my address linked to my Paypal however when I go to the buy page an address window pops up and it doesn't let me enter my canadian province
