30 Day Return Policy- The item must be in the same condition as received, however a 5% restocking fee will be applied.

We sell used smartphones and our goal is to provide our customers with quality devices.
All phones are tested using Phonecheck software to ensure the software, and hardware work perfectly. This makes certain that our buyers will never have to worry about purchasing a device that is locked to an incorrect network, that all software features are running smoothly, and the hardware is tested with accurate results.
Individual testing results are included with every listing.
If there is an issue for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Seller Shipping Policy
Orders received Monday through Friday by 3pm EST will ship same day via USPS. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Returns and Refunds
- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
- Swappa Return and Refund policies apply to all listings
Seller Return Policy
Orders will only ship to the address provided by Paypal during the checkout process. If any changes need to be made to the address, the order will need to be cancelled and repurchased with the correct address information.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
A 10% restocking fee, will be charged for any return for a refund, unless the devices description does not match the device received.
Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI Number does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local police department, PayPal, Swappa, and United States Postal Service.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
