Hi Alex - I see you’re not the original owner. To your knowledge, was this device ever refurbished? Additionally, has the battery ever been replaced?

I don't believe so; it's been about 3 years since I purchased it on Swappa, so I don't remember the entire convo, but I'm like 99.9% sure the person I purchased it from was the original owner. I believe he bought it for work, to do video editing and the like. Battery... I've never replaced it and I don't think the previous owner replaced it either.
