Hi Chris, this will include a non-Apple USB-C cable and wall plug along with the case, but no other equipment will be included. Also, I don’t believe there is any warranty left.

The screen is in perfect condition, no marks or scratches. As for battery health, the iPad doesn’t have a formal feature like the iPhone does, but it still charges to 100% and last several days with moderate use. Hope that helps!
