I've only owned 13 in. MBPs. I've heard the 15s run notably hotter and noisier. Has that been your experience?

I’ve only owned this MacBook but I’ve worked in the Information Technology sectors for 10 years and have used, setup and deployed countless Macs and MacBooks. This one has not seemed hot or noisy to me at all. As for downgrading it, allow me to look at the steps involved in that. If it’s going to take significant time, I would ask for an appropriate increase to cover my time but no more than +$50. If it can be done in less than an hour, than I won’t ask for extra.

Yes definitely interested. Having a busy night and taking a final look at the numbers, so I may need a few hours. Just a couple more questions. You describe it as mint/pristine, and it certainly appears that way, and well cared for. Are you the original owner ? How heavily/intensively has it been used? Any other history that may be relevant?

- Yes. I purchased the MacBook brand new through B&H Photo & Video, but it was distributed from Apple itself. My total for the original purchase was a little over $3000

How heavily/intensively has it been used?
The MacBook was used solely for video editing and was at my desk the majority of the time. It has only been charged 105 times in its life as shown by the Battery Cycle stats mentioned in the description and the battery is still reporting a health status of normal.

Any other history that may be relevant?
Upon packing the unit back in its box, I noticed that one of the small clips on the charger is loose. The purpose of these clips is to allow you to easily wind the power cord around the charger when traveling. The charger itself is working normally. The laptop is in pristine condition as stated and everything included is the original equipment that came with device. The charger includes both the regular wall adapter and extended power cord.

I have prepared an external drive with MacOS Catalina Bootable Installer. Upon confirmation of purchase, I will use it revert the machine to the requested MacOS Catalina 10.5.7 and provide a new screenshot showing the installed OS upon completion prior to packing and shipping it.
