Hello!
Does this come with the discrete graphics card? Also, what is the cycle count on the battery?
I'm not removing anything internally from the unit, so if it came with the MacBook Pro, it will be included. My understanding is that 2015 MBP's have both a discrete and integrated GPU.
Battery cycle count at the time of this posting is 1,190.
Some MacBook Pros came with just Intel's integrated graphics chip set and others came with this and an AMD graphics chip set.
Does the battery report that it needs service? Apple designed the battery to last 1,000 cycles.
I see. Sorry for my naivety with the exact specs. How would I go about confirming this? When I look in the System Report under "Graphics/Displays," the Intel Iris Pro is listed. Does this help?
The report on the battery health information states that it is "Normal"
If you only see Intel Iris Pro under the Graphics/Displays option of System Profiler, then it does not come with the AMD graphics card.
