Return Policy: If any defects or functional problems are found, we will accept a worry-free return within 15 days.. We pay return shipping cost. Device needs to be returned in exact same condition as received and has to be free from passwords/ Google account locks/ Apple ID locks in order to be eligible for return. If the device is returned in broken/damaged or non functional condition including but not limited to water damage it will not be eligible for returns. All returns where the issue is not found or if buyer no longer needs the item 15% restocking fees will be a charged.

Maya mobile phone provide free return shipping if you have an issue covered by our warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, or an item received that is significantly not as described.
Our warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, custom software, or buyers remorse. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to these situations.
Devices must be returned in the condition they were received, and be free of account locks, passwords, or any personal info. Any return outside the scope of the covered warranty will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
