Just to understand, the box seems sealed, in what you based your description of "mint"? have you inspected the device? Just asking as in my experience, refurb products often are not mint. grateful for your clarification.
Could you take pictures of the actual device? Some "refurbished" Microsoft devices are notorious for having serious cosmetic defects, and I would like to see exactly what I'm buying. If all is well with the condition, I am prepared to buy
