This is a good condition 2012 15" MacBook Pro Retina with a 256GB SSD and 16GB RAM. The SSD is a Samsung SSD, not a Toshiba. At the time, the Samsung SSDs were (and still are) much faster read/write speeds than the Toshibas. The screen looks absolutely perfect, they keyboard and trackpad are flawless, and the casing looks beautiful. I can boot this computer from a shut down state to fully operational in 7 seconds.
Minor wear on bottom casing and side. Nothing detrimental to design or functionality of computer

I have added pictures. There really isn’t much wear. There’s a minor scratch on the bottom housing (which could be replaced cheaply) and Swappa mentioned signs of use in charging port, but functionally there’s nothing wrong. I’ve had no issues charging.
There have been 238 charge cycles. I’m still easily getting a full days worth of use out of it:
I brought it down to $450 like you asked earlier. The battery has no issues whatsoever
