Only repair was to the back camera glass.
The fingerprint scanner's paint has also chipped away, though the scanner still works as expected.

There are photos showing the sides of the phone. I've added photos to show the back of the phone.
The damage/repair were only to the actual camera glass, and the coat of the fingerprint sensor which came off.
