I bought this phone used on ebay, i used it for a month until my insurance kicked in on one that i lost. I'm just hoping to recoup some money. It works perfectly and id say its in good condition. There are a few minor scratches on the screen that i never even noticed until going to sell it and taking off the protective glass i had off. I tried to capture in one of the pictures.

@john R and @william L. I'm by no means an expert on this... but I purchased the phone off someone on ebay. I used the phone for a month as my primary phone. I did not have to pay for the phone itself in any way other than the purchase price from ebay, i would think that implies that the phone is paid off, but im not positive, i will try to contact verizon today to confirm.
@kevin, lets confirm if it is or can be unlocked today and i will have some crisp bills ready for you.
I cannot change the "Carrier" on the listing to be "unlocked" but having just gone through the process with verizon, they informed me that this phone is now in fact unlocked. I raised the list price a little as this was annoying for me.
