Can you provide photo evidence that none of the accidental damage incidents have been used?

You wouldn't have it, but you could ask Apple and share their information with us as proof of there being two accidental damages claims left in the warranty. Besides, Swappa requires that you mention any repairs that may have been done, which requires you to look into that (which you haven't done, as you say).

Your photos are blurry enough to make the device look in mint condition, 10/10, but you have listed the device as good, not mint, and described it cosmetically as 9.5/10. Since your only explanation is to look at photos that don't show detail, could you explain in words what the cosmetic condition faults are that you have already represented in numbers? Please, be specific. I want to buy this computer, but you avoiding specificity and not being interested in providing concrete details is a red flag.

Flagging this comment here for Swappa: seller admits he does not know the product's repair history, but also claimed it had no repairs when creating the listing. I believe this would violate Swappa's guidelines, but I'm not sure.
