About the listing information: In one place it says Verizon Unlocked, then farther down it says that it comes with a 'pre-installed T-Mobile SIM' then says unlocked by Google.
Can you clarify what all this means? Is it just a typo in the listing?

Basically, we cannot ship outside the USA. If you really want this product then you may send us Extra $50 for International Shipment charge.
In that case, we will send you an invoice through PayPal and if you pay that amount for shipping then we will ship this item to your address.
At this point if any issue regarding the network compatibility or any other then we are not able to send the return label.
