When you say Apple care not available, does it mean the laptop has been activated with Apple? Until when is the warranty valid?

This Brand New MacBook is under manufacturer warranty but not eligible for extended coverage. Thank you for your concerns, the device is still for sell.
Why would it not he eligible for applecare plus? If it is new that doesn’t add up.
Just did some research it was just misunderstanding the macbook is new so under apple's original policy you have 60 days to add extended apple care coverage to the already included 1 year manufacture warranty. Now apple is allowing customers 1 year to add the extended apple care according to an article I recently read.
