The device has been labeled in good used condition and functions perfectly (see pictures). The casing has usual minor blemishes (see pictures). The screen is in good condition with the usual minor blemishes & light scratches (see pictures). The battery holds a healthy charge as well (see pictures). At this time, we do not accept returns unless the product is not as described. In the event that a buyer claims the device is not as described, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be provided at no cost to the buyer. The buyer must contact us within 14 days from order delivery via Swappa to start the process. Once the device is received, it may take up to 3 business days to process the return. If the device does not have any issues upon inspection of the returned merchandise, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the amount the device was originally sold for.

A 14-day return policy is offered on all purchases. Due to recent PayPal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns and order cancellations. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.

The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.
