Listing approved. Thanks for using Swappa.
Hi, New to Swappa, I like your SamsungS10, would you be willing to take $500.00 plus tax if I buy right now? Thanks, Russell Berglund
I just checked the Samsung website and it states " warranty only applies to original purchaser". So the remaining warranty is invalid?
Hello, if that's what you believe then don't purchase it. Thank you
Hello, here is the info from the Samsung website....if the phone was registered for warranty under a different name, it might cause warranty problems....not trying to cause you grief, I was looking to buy from you, just doing due diligence.....Here is Samsung U.S.A. site. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/warranty/
Yeah, I understand, but I'm speaking from experience. In the past I've returned about 3 phones for repair to Samsung, and in neither case was I the original purchaser. In each case, they just confirmed the IMEI and had me send the phones in for repair.Of course, this may have changed, but from my experience all that was required was the IMEI. This makes sense, since the warranty covers the phone and not the individual. So it doesn't matter who has the phone when it malfunctions. Samsung is warranting the phone and not individuals.
