Why are you selling it?
Switching network because of work. I Literally just got one here that works on verizon. This one doesn't, only works on T-mob and other GSM networks.
Is it's the non us version. Are there bands missing to use on TMobile?

yes. 5G on Tmob works fine.
Works FINE on Tmobile used there for 1 month

I used it on tmobile and saw the 5G logo flashed on. I live in FL and not sure how fast Tmob 5G is supposed to be but my slow eyes couldn't tell because this phone fast regardless.

yeah. it's weird. I am literally selling this because i switched to verizon for work, otherwise I would have not changed to the us version. they are identical.
Lol yep besides missing some of the cellular bands so no 5G it's The same phone. People just see non us version and think it's incredibly inferior. If they just did some research they'd realize

The OnePlus website is still sold out Right now too, so people have been willing to pay very high prices. I've seen some of the US versions sell for $4-500 above retail
