Thank you, that is what I thought the case might be but I have received the same response after a couple of attempts. The previous was about 20-30 minutes prior to this last one. About the same timeframe before that one too.

Try using a different browser or delete your browsing history and try again.

I have tried Chrome, Safari and even Facebook. I have logged out and back into Swappa and PayPal and keep getting the same message.

I just logged into a completely different device and I am still getting the same error. I guess this is just not meant to be.

Is it possible that the listing itself has some sort of glitch?

Well I guess Swappa is just preventing me from purchasing. I just linked my PayPal account again and still received the same error. Oh well, I tried!

To echo what other people are saying, there seems to be a problem contacting the paypal service, so cannot purchase...the exact error is a GET error for this link https://swappa.com/sale/paypal/checkout/order/delay/

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site. After days of attempting to make this purchase, I can confirm that it was not my PayPal account after all. Yesterday I was able to purchase another phone listed through Swappa with no problem.

Sherwin just a heads up all phones on the verizon network come with a 60 day carrier lock. unless purchased directly from apple and then used the verizon network.

I'm trying to purchase this phone and am also have PayPal issues. I don't think the problem is with this listing or the buyers, it's either the seller's PayPal account or something on Swappa's end. PayPal provided no additional information beyond "this cannot be processed"

Swappa - I just tried purchasing again and still getting a 404 error from Swappa's site. There is nothing wrong with my PayPal account, and I make purchases/sales on Swappa regularly. Again, not sure this is an issue with the buyers.

Raijinbu @XDA - I would buy but Swappa's site is broken for this listing. Since they just reposted the same canned response from before, I'm not sure anyone actively or thoroughly investigated this on their end. I would recommend having them create a new listing. I'm willing to buy immediately. Thanks.

same error .. just went to purchase .. paypal processed .. returned with error can not find item .. running linuxmint 18.1 with firefox 66.0.2 linux 1.0 .. this is not on the on the buyers end .. this is a SWAPP / PAYPAL link issue

Canceling this listing and creating another in the next 15 mins.
