This phone is paid off, I think T-Mobile won’t allow you to unlock the phone since your are not the original owner. I can’t have it unlocked because i buy phone to resell them.

Do you have proof of purchase? Normally the phone must be active for 40 days before it can be unlocked, then it can be requested. They dont usually require proof of purchase but sometimes they do

All I can tell you is that ... the phone is paid off and it was activated in Nov 19, since the warranty from Apple Expires on Nov 19 2020

Anyway I can see more pix? It looks like there are scratches on top of the screen
