could you post battery_stats and a picture for the charger please? Is it the pixelboom charger that came with the machine?

The battery health is 97.78% and the charger is your choice of either a PD smaller 27W or 45W Belkin

How is battery change cycle working? How long does the battery hold after a change?
Can you provide better pictures of the damage. Cannot quite tell if it is on the rear or the front? do the ports around it work?

With the battery health at 97%, a charge lasts about as it did new/in reviews 6-9 hours depending on use. The USB C on both sides and the 3.5mm both work with the damage on the left case area near the left hinge. I added more images.

Can you also provide more info about battery_firmware command info?
Does the crack cause the laptop wobble?

Any thermal issues? Getting too hot on the keyboard or the lap?

That means the battery capacity is 97% of the original spec due to degradation from use/charging. The screen is stable and the laptop rest comfortably without heat issues.
