This is not Google store, don't ask for warranty on this site. If warranty is your main concern, should go to Best Buy instead

I can check myself but I don't have the serial.

Google products are different story, serial number and receipt of owner are needed to have warranty check.
Don't waste your time looking for warranty as original owners are rare on this site. New with receipt, don't expect it will be cheap
