Hello Danielle,
The battery was replaced in house, however it comes with our 30 day warranty. The vendor has a 1 year warranty on the part itself so more than likely if you have a battery issue within a year & the vendor will cover it, we will RMA it for you.

Can you take $375 based on the prices of recently sold devices?
This device is already being sold at a loss. I cannot go a dollar lower.
Also, this macbook has a new battery which costs $50 parts only not including labor. This macbook is also 256gb not 128gb.
I wish I had the extra money to afford it but my budget it limited.
