Hi Guarav - Would you be willing to post a photo of the battery condition as seen in the Developer options? Additionally, I couldn't quite see where the minor scratched were, so a photo of those would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can you tell me how to access developer option on Passport? I don't believe it has those options. I tried looking it up too. The scratches are so small that they are hard to capture on camera. But I'll give it a shot.

Hi @Guarav A. - Actually you can bypass the whole Developer options method. If you install BatteryPal in BlackBerryWorld (it's free and still available), it will show you an assessment the battery condition on the device. A screenshot of what it shows would be much appreciated.
