Hi, does this Apple Watch work with Verizon? I have had a 2095 model number with cellular and it was not compatible with Verizon. Could you please confirm?

You could call Verizon and give them the imei to see if the watch is compatible with there network

Hello, I provided the model number don’t know about Verizon working or not.

Like I stated in my first posts. I KNOW the model number your watch is. I had the same watch, same model number (A2095) and It was not compatible with the Verizon network.

All it takes is a call to Verizon wireless customer service. It doesn’t matter if you have service with them or not. You need to ask if your watch is compatible and they will ask you for the MEID number of the watch located in the settings. They will tell you immediately if it is compatible or not.

If you would have done this by now, I would have purchased it from you. I could also purchase it and if it is NOT compatible with Verizon , I would return it to you. I would rather you check first that would be more convenient.

If the watch was purchased in the US then it will work on all carriers given it has not been blacklisted. There is no cdma or gsm models. You can see for it yourself when u try to buy one from the Apple store. There is one model for all carriers.

Binh, yes you are correct. But for some reason, my A2095 model was not compatible with Verizon. They did not tell me it was blacklisted. They gave me no other explanation only that it was not compatible with them. Odd to say the least.

It’s really simple to call and ask if compatible with the MEID. That is all I asked from seller and was more than willing to purchase if all checked out. Just being precautious.

I would ask a different rep with verizon why your watch won’t work. I’m not going to say you were helped by a useless rep but you know there are some out there that are clueless.

Thank you Binh, I should have called and asked another rep. Some are very helpful but there are some who are just a waste of time. That’s the same page I visited and told the Verizon rep about it and still no go. Maybe because it wasn’t bought directly from them they where hesitant to activate it. Cheers
