Is this unlocked?
As far as I understand with the Pros there is an internal SIM and a Tray SIM. iPad's purchased from AT&T the internal SIM is always linked to AT&T but the Tray SIM is unlocked.
Can you find out from AT&T, If it is fully paid At&t will unlock it at your request.
